Appointment Information 

We do not have the option to add new clients to our waiting list, as we reserve these spots for our active clients. We do require a non-refundable deposit for the first visit of $78. The deposit applies directly to the cost of the appointment for your pet and is not an additional charge that you will incur. When a receptionist contacts you please be prepared to pay this non-refundable deposit so that we can get you scheduled. 


Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Accepting CareCredit

Client Conduct Policy

Please be courteous to our hard working staff. Please understand that there will be times that we have a limited number of staff, including doctors. It is our goal to see each patient and owner in a timely manner. Emergencies do happen and we will triage each patient accordingly. If our staff cannot handle your pet’s emergency we will guide you where to take your pet for the best care.  


Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all the animals in our care, we ask that your pet be leashed or in a carrier. You may leave your pet in the car while you check in and we prepare an exam room if that is easier for you.
